I was asked by Fairfax to assist with two videos they were doing for their Business/Small Business websites (The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age) on very distinct subjects.
The first was about small business, building a website and marketing online. Quite straightforward.
The second was about business growth and the elements I had used with Wiliam. I felt guilty.
There is no magic answer, and answers often come with hindsight.
Small business is often reactionary by its nature and while it is easy to argue that the perfect business model requires no luck or hard work, small business by no means has a perfect business model.
Anyway... I don’t profess to have the model or the plan but the objective – by whatever means – was to keep Wiliam moving and that we’ve done so far.
